Mission: Help serviced office legend consolidate its position as the biggest and best workspace provider in the UK.
Contracted in a 4 year award to provide a fully-integrated support service for The Office Group and its 3000 customers following their £500m investment from PE real estate giant Blackstone. In collabaration with TOG we designed a tech-enabled service and labour support system tasked with delivering world class hospitality & hygiene in the work place. This was achieved by obtaining deep understanding of TOG’s brand, then uniforming process and customer expectation whilst providing administrative clarity across its 42 strong UK wide property portfolio. Using insights gained from our methodology that continually improves, today we have 250 Sidekicks managing 2 million square feet of high end office space for TOG, managing 12 service lines with a tightly defined mobilisation technique for new buildings coming online. In partnership we were awarded Silver in the Large Estate category in the PFM Partners in Cleaning award.

From a single site, to 22 properties in 3 months, Kitt Offices’ rise has been meteoric to say the least. We’ve been delighted and privileged to have walked beside them along their journey helping them refine and then deliver on their customer promise. River Island
Mission: Assist River Island’s logistic update from an analogue, retail-based enterprise to a tech-savvy, fashion powerhouse whilst generating massive financial efficiency
We helped River Island in its desire to grow its online enterprise through tighter control of River Island’s logistical processes. Heavily involved in the implementation of covid secure practices including an onsite testing facility that enabled River Islands people to remain safe during the pandemic. We have followed-on from this success by identifying and implementing a superb opportunity for this client in form of a bespoke 24/7 cardboard recycling system. River Island immediately saw reduced costs by 22% and this enabled the iconic clothing brand increase productivity from this workflow by 40%. All of this was achieved at no additional cost to this future-proofed client. Today, we manage just over 2m sq ft of property at their UK distribution centre.
Safran Electrical & Power
Mission ; Amplify the working environment by elevating hygiene levels, consolidating the supply chain, whilst using data to next level the ESG performance on site and to create financial efficiency
Safran E&P is a world leading aircraft electrical design and manufacturing firm with market cap of $50bn. We provide a full suite of soft FM services including cleaning and associated services, front of house and security. We consolidated the supply chain, finding 20% of financial efficiency along the way, provided in-depth reporting into the waste recycling, generating over £100k of rebates previously unseen, and elevated the cleaning standards with a focus on employee productivity.

Mission: Help Amazon grow in the UK by supporting all back-end requirements.
Sidekick helped Amazon move the whole UK HQ from a single location in Slough to 4 independent central london locations in the space of a year. We then helped them expand at pace into 2 further turnkey sites totalling 500k sq ft. Sidekick was then handed responsibility to facilitate everything from 12 Soft FM service lines, to weekly event support to the coordination of site occupation. The Amazon account now oversees a consistent world-class employee experience for over 12,000 employees
