The UK’s No. 1 Flex Workspace brand appointed us the long term contract in 2023, making us the sole soft FM contractor across their portfolio of over 60 sites.
Through integrated technologies we design bespoke task mapping, allowing us to serve 29,000 FORA members every day, in buildings 90% occupied, across FORA’s 67 strong UK wide property portfolio. Using insights gained from our methodology that continually improves, today we have over 300 Sidekicks managing 3 million square feet of the most productive work environments on the planet, managing 15 service lines with a tightly defined mobilisation technique for new buildings coming online.
